Our ALL-IN-ONE solution can automatically set the end positions where the shutter should stop, and includes both jam detection and obstacle detection. It offers enhanced everyday convenience—ideal for retrofitting existing shutters or for straightforward new installations.
With a motor diameter of 35 mm, the tubular motors in this series can be installed in 40 mm octagonal shafts. To ensure long-lasting quality, 10% of all heicko motors undergo a stress test. This guarantees consistent quality of the motor components used.

• Blockage Detection:
The motor shuts off automatically if the roller shutter gets stuck due to frost. This protects the shutter curtain and surrounding components from damage.
• Obstacle Detection with Reversal Function:
If the shutter encounters an obstacle while lowering—like children’s toys, garden furniture, or potted plants—the motor recognizes the obstruction and stops immediately. To protect the shutter and the object, it automatically reverses.
Control Options
Our all-rounder motor can be operated via a roller shutter or blind wall switch or timer.
Optionally, a radio control system can be retrofitted. This enables not only control via a wireless remote or timer, but also operation via app through our Smart Home system—allowing for voice control as well (additional device required).
Rigid Shaft Connectors & Burglar Protection
To ensure full functionality, this motor must be used with rigid shaft connectors (anti-lift devices).
By installing our motor, the roller shutter can no longer be pushed up from the outside—greatly reducing the risk of burglary.
Automatic End Position Calibration
After 120 cycles (up & down), the motor deletes its current end positions and re-adjusts them (this feature can be deactivated).
This ensures that the top end position of the roller shutter profile is always accurate.
