Description

With a motor diameter of 45 mm, the motors of this series can be mounted in 60 mm and 70 mm octagonal shafts as well as various round shafts. The modern clip-on motor head ensures quick and easy installation. If the preset running direction is incorrect, the radio motor automatically detects this and correctly assigns the up/down buttons on the remote control.

Obstacle detection activates when the roller shutter encounters an obstacle during downward movement, such as forgotten children's toys, garden furniture, or potted plants. The motor immediately stops and automatically reverses to protect the shutter slats and the obstacle.

Blockage detection reacts if the roller shutter experiences sudden heavy resistance while moving upwards, for example, during winter when the shutters are frozen or iced over (freeze protection). The motor stops immediately and reverses to relieve strain on the shutter and window sill. This function protects both the motor and the shutter slats.

The limit positions are set fully automatically during initial commissioning and recalibrated every 120 cycles. This is useful because roller shutter slats are exposed to significant temperature fluctuations and therefore expand or contract. The motor electronically manages this automatic adjustment. The position of the upper end stop can be variably set in 10° increments so that the shutter slats are never under tension and can be adjusted individually to your needs.

Many functions can be adjusted remotely via the remote control or manually via an external adjustment button (with an additional 25 cm cable at the motor head) or with the adjustment cable (Art.-No. HR130020). Control is possible via radio remote or app in combination with the heicko Smart Box or heicko Smart Stick.

Note:
This motor may only be used with rigid shaft connectors (anti-lift devices). These provide burglary resistance by preventing the shutter slats from being pushed upward. For automatic end position setting, stoppers or angle rails on the slats are required. Obstacle detection is not recommended for smaller windows or split slats (this function can be deactivated).

Special Highlights:

Automatic End Position Setting
The motor finds both end positions at the push of a button and stores them automatically. Of course, you can also manually adjust the end positions to your individual needs.

Automatic Calibration of End Positions
After 120 cycles (up/down movements), the motor deletes and resets its end positions, ensuring a consistently precise upper position of the shutter slat. (This function can optionally be disabled by manually setting the end positions.)

Automatic Adjustment of the Upper End Position in 10°, 20°, or 30°
By default, the motor sets the upper end position at a free position (20°) and saves it. This protects your roller shutter from unnecessary material wear. (Optionally, the motor can be set to 10° or 30°. The default is 20°.)

Automatic Obstacle Detection with Reverse Function
The motor detects obstacles during downward movement, stops, and reverses. This protects the shutter, motor, and obstacle. (The obstacle detection and/or reverse function can be optionally disabled.)

Automatic Blockage Detection with Reverse Function
The motor detects blockage during upward movement, e.g., frozen shutters, stops, reverses, and relieves the shutter slats.

Automatic Running Direction Detection
Once the motor has recognized and stored its end positions, the button assignments on the remote control are automatically correct.
