Our ALL-IN-ONE solution can independently set the limit positions at which the roller shutter should stop automatically, has blockage recognition and obstacle detection.
In this way you achieve more comfort in everyday life, the ideal solution for retrofitting existing roller shutters or quite simply as a complete new installation. With a motor diameter of 35 mm, the tubular motors of this series can be installed in 40 mm octagonal shafts. To ensure lasting quality, we subject 10% of all heicko motors to a stress test. In this way, we ensure consistent quality of the processed motor components.

Highlights Blockage & Obstacle Detection
Blockage Detection:
The motor switches off automatically if the roller shutter hanging gets stuck due to frost. This prevents damage to the roller shutter hanging and the surrounding accessories.
Obstacle detection with reversing function:
If the roller shutter encounters an obstacle when lowering, e.g. children's toys, garden furniture or potted plants, the motor registers and stops immediately. It then moves back automatically to protect the hanging and the obstacle.
Control options
Our all-rounder can be controlled either with a shutter and blind switch or a timer switch.
Optionally, it is possible to retrofit radio control. This not only enables control via remote control or radio timer, but also the operation via app with our smart home system and thus also voice control (additional device required).
Rigid Shaft Connectors & Burglary Protection
In order for all functions of this motor to function properly, this motor may only be used with rigid shaft connectors (anti-lift devices).
By installing our motor, your roller shutter can no longer be pushed up from the outside and you reduce the risk of burglary.
Automatic calibration (adjustment) of the limit positions
After 120 cycles (up and down movements), the motor deletes its limit positions and resets them (the function can be deactivated). This ensures that the roller shutter bottom bar is always in the exact upper position.
