Description

HREPP-Series
Due to a diameter of 35 mm, the motor is suitable for 40's, 60’s and 70’s octagonal shafts as well as for various round shafts. The improved clippable motor head ensures a simple and speedy assembly. If the rotation direction is wrong, the motor still saves the limit positions in the right way. With finishing the recognition of the limit positions the buttons on the switch will be automatically adjusted right. The obstacle detection function stops the downward movement if an obstacle had been recognized by the motor e.g . child toys that are lying on the floor, furniture for the garden or plants. The motor stopps immediately and uses its bounce back function to protect the hanging as well as the obstacle. The anti-freezing protection function reacts, if during the upwards movement, the rollers encounter a strong opposing force e.g. if they freeze on the window sill. This in turn prevents damage to the roller shutters and the motor. Setting of the limit positions is completely automatic during the start-up procedure and the limits readjust after every 120 cycles. Since the hangings are exposed to large temperature fluctuations, this is an important feature. The limit positions need to be readjusted, which is electronically controlled by the motor. The upper limit can be set in 10° steps, to avoid tension on the hanging and ensure the adjustment for your individual requirements. All functions can be set by the external push button (additional cable on the motors head, 25 cm long) or our setting cable item no. HR130020 and can partly be disabled. Special highlight: The limits can be set after the assembly via rocker switch – that means that the connection of an external setting cable or opening the roller shutter box is not necessary anymore. Furthermore, if desired you can control your tubular motor via radio control. An external receiver can be retrofitted easily and can be combined with your existing switch series (see item no. HR120036D). The control is then possible by an emitter or also via app in combination with a suitable gateway, e.g. the e-Smart Home gateway by Broadlink as well as the everHome Cloudbox. Note:
This motor must be used with rigid shaft connectors.
Our shaft connectors also have a burglar-resistant effect, as the hanging can not be pushed up. Stopper or angled rails are needed for the automatically adjustable limits. The obstacle
detection function is not advisable for small windows or when multiple shutters are being utilised (the obstacle detection function can be deactivated).
Special highlights: • Automatic setting of the limit positions
With the push of a button the motor looks out for both of the limit positions and automatically saves them. Additionally the limit positions can also be set manually according to your individual requirements. • Automatic calibration of the limit positions
After 120 cycles - Up/Down movements – the tubular motor eliminates its limit positions and resets them. Due to this function an exact upper limit of the rail is guaranteed. (This function can be deactivated by using the manual limit setting.) • Automatic adjustment of the upper limit into 10°, 20° or 30°
As a standard setting, the motor releases the upper limit position at 20° and is saved to protect your roller shutter from unnecessary wear and tear. (this setting can be adjusted to 10° or 30°, the standard setting is 20°) • Automatic obstacle detection with bounce back function
The motor recognizes obstacles in the downward movement, stopps and releases the obstacle by bouncing back. This feature protects the roller shutter, the motor and the obstacle. (The obstacle detection and/or bounce back function can be deactivated) • Automatic anti-freezing function with bounce back function
The motor recognizes a blockage in the upward movement, e.g. when the roller shutter is frozen. Therefore the motor stops, moves back down and releases the hanging. • Automatic rotation direction recognition
After the automatic setup and saving of the limit positions
the button assignment on the button switch is handled correctly. Scope of supply:
• Electronic tubular motor
• Pre-assembled adapter-kit for 40 mm octagonal shaft
• Adapter for retrofitting from a clippable motor head into a square shaft reception
• German manual and assembly instructions
